How long can the wine stay in the bottle ? I didn’t notice any sulfur either… Did I miss it?
The reason I make wine is so it has no additives or preservatives, and hopefully it works out. You can use betabisulphate, but I don’t. Leave in large bottles until fermentation stops. Then drink or bottle and seal.
